My preferred mode of communication is email. You can email the user
Please do not send me emails containing HTML (“Rich Text”), and only attach files if absolutely necessary and avoid any file-types that are (a) proprietary, and (b) may contain automatically executed code (eg document macros).
GPG Public Key
I encourage you to use GPG/OpenPGP email encryption. The Free Software Foundation has a walkthrough to help you get started.
My GPG fingerprint is

XMPP/Jabber Instant Messaging
I am reachable over XMPP, the federated chat network. My XMPP address is the same as my email account:
If you need an XMPP account, some public providers you can register with are xmpp.is and jabber.at. More are listed here. Because XMPP is federated, in the same way email is, we do not have to have accounts with the same provider.
If you do not have an XMPP client yet, you can find one for your platform here. I recommend Dino for GNU/Linux, and Conversations for Android. Alternatively, you can use an in-browser XMPP client, without installing anything on your device.
